Week Two: June 17-21 (no camp June 19)

Register for Imagine Art by week. You can register for a week of all morning classes, all afternoon classes, or both for a full week! To register for a full week, you must register for both the morning and afternoon session of a week. Please double check that it is the correct week and age level for your child before registering.

Grades 1-5: Art Menagerie

9:30 AM-12:00 PM (Class ID: QE2A)

Tuition: $200 Members/$240 Non-Members

In week 2 of camp, our young artists will unleash their inner print masters with Gelli Plate Printing! They'll draw up snazzy lines, create vibrant patterns, and even channel their inner Henri Rousseau by crafting a tiger-tastic collage! It's creativity at its finest!

 

1:00-3:30 PM (Class ID: QE2B)

$200 Members/$240 Non-Members

Campers will spend the week exploring the different types of animals found on a farm. They will then channel their creativity and create their favorite farm animals out of clay, ending the week with painting with glaze. Though it's an abbreviated week of camp, it's sure to be both fun and educational.

Grades 6-8: Art in the Wild

FULL: 9:30 AM-12:00 PM (Class ID: QM2A)

Tuition: $200 Members/$240 Non-Members

In this week of camp, campers will experiment with different drawing and painting mediums to create small landscapes. Exploring forests, beaches, mountains, and many other landscapes. Mid week, campers will create their own custom birdhouse from start to finish.

In Week 2, campers will learn to draw flowers using colored pencils and techniques to create them from imagination and observation. The class will cover color theory, shading, blending, and mapping to create three-dimensional floral shapes. Lighting effects on the appearance and feel of florals will also be explored.
