Spring Equinox Sound Bath & Planting Ceremony

Join Terrie Arfi for a peaceful and transformative experience with Crystal Singing Bowls, a meditative practice using quartz crystal bowls. The healing vibrations and sounds help reduce stress, release emotional tension, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall wellbeing.

The most common way to experience crystal singing bowls is through a sound bath where various bowls are played around a group of people lying down. The harmonious blend of sound and silence soothes the mind and provides a gateway to deeper self-exploration. To celebrate the Spring Equinox we will also invite you to “plant a seed” in a small pot that you can take home; symbolizing what you choose to nurture and grow in your own life.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket.
