Winter Open House
Bundle up embrace the magic of winter with our annual, festive Winter Open House!
Whether you’re an art enthusiast, a family seeking a fun outing, or just in the mood to explore your creative side, the Winter Open House promises an afternoon of free, hands-on art activities, demonstrations, and experiences for all ages.
Outside, brave the elements and watch St. Paul Winter Carnival award-winning ice sculptor John Njoes take a chainsaw to a block of ice to create an intricate work of art. Say hello to a real Samoyed dog sled and warm up with a steaming cup from Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck parked at WBCA.
Inside, let your imagination run wild; make a macramé keychain with help from WBCA teaching artist Haley Harnagel, take the clay wheel for a spin, and more!
