Ari Vann-Cook
My name is Arianna Vann-Cook, and I am a senior in high school. From a young age, art has played a crucial part of my life. Frequenting art museums, and being immersed in different cultures and art forms has taught me the importance of expressing yourself. Literature is my favorite way to do so. Reading anything I can get my hands on, and writing whatever inspires me is a huge part of my identity! I was introduced to White Bear Center for the Arts through the WriteNow! Writing Contest my freshman year. Ever since then, my relationship with the center has grown tremendously. Earning publications, winning writing contests, and even testifying for WBCA are all accomplishments that wouldn’t have been possible without it. I am excited to explore different aspects of being an artist in Studio Repose, and learning more about life as an artist after schooling. Meeting other teenage artists is something I look forward to as well!
