As an avid outdoors-person, Anna Orbovich’s time working and conducting research in the harsh and remote wild places, ranging from the Arctic to the desert to the Superior Hiking Trail in Northern Minnesota, have vastly influenced the direction of her work. Primarily focused in printmaking and drawing she continues to find ways to bring her art practice outdoors.

Orbovich earned an MFA from the University of Minnesota in 2019 and a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in printmaking and book arts in 2012.
