Spring Inspired Basket Weaving

This is a class focused on the art of basket weaving, with the theme Spring Glory, in anticipation of the arrival of the wonderful Minnesota Spring. We will be constructing a basket, using woven reeds and a wooden base as the foundation, with a clear glass floral vase as the centerpiece.  We will be weaving around this vase to create the final product. Choose from a selection of Spaced Dyed colored reeds for your project. Space dyed is a reed with multiple colors incorporated into each individual reed. All materials included in the $30 material fee payable to the instructor. It is advisable to wear your ruff and tuff clothes due to the water involved. Please bring a spray water bottle.
