The rough-out for this workshop will be a Chris Hammack design of a gentleman eating an ear of corn. Instruction will be on the proper setting up and carving of a person holding and eating an ear of corn. A completed piece will be available as an example.

Bring from home: SHARP set of hand carving tools, safety gloves, normal run of gouges, veneers, and knives that you are comfortable using (no power tools).
