Adult Teaching Artists
WBCA is looking for talented Teaching Artists who work in a variety of mediums to teach classes and workshops. Teaching artists are responsible for creating and implementing their own curriculum and for providing a creative and inclusive environment in the classroom.
Teaching Artists are independent contractors.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- Previous teaching experience in an arts setting
- Advanced knowledge of your medium
- A positive approach to handling classroom challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in the arts or a related field
