Erik currently hosts classes in spoon carving at the Audubon Park Community Center in Minneapolis and Marine Mills Folk School.

“Erik was a really great teacher. The best I've had at WBCA. And honestly, the best teacher of anything I've had in a very long time.” –Spoon Carving

“Erik was an excellent instructor. He demonstrated different techniques multiple times and provided attention to each student in the class, which was appreciated. He was very approachable and non-intimidating while learning this new skill. He set just the right tone for the class.” –Spoon Carving

“This class was amazing! The instructor was really skilled and did a great job teaching and encouraging students. I've always wanted to try working with wood, and this class was the perfect introduction!” –Spoon Carving

“This class was INCREDIBLE. Erik was AMAZING. If there was a more advanced class or multi-week classes, I would FOR SURE be signing up for more.” –Spoon Carving
