Sylvia Benson
Sylvia Benson lives in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, and has been working in watercolors for 35 years. She was an instructor at Concordia University and has been an artist-in-residence in North Metro Schools and schools in Wisconsin for 10 years. She has also taught classes at the Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin. Her work in watercolor, acrylics, oils, and encaustic is currently in galleries in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Her encaustics have been presented in Door County and galleries in the metro area.
