Frank Zeller has a masters degree in art education and the fine arts, He has taken awards in local, state and national fine arts exhibitions and judged the State Fair Arts Exhibitions. He has taught watercolor workshops in the US, Italy and Spain. He has been an active part of the White Bear Center for the Arts for many years serving on the board as well as teaching. An award winning watercolor program designed by Frank Zeller is currently being taught in the White Bear Lake Elementary Schools.
