Winter Field Notes

Push your winter weather boundaries in this mixed media outdoor workshop that blends exploration, observation, research, drawing, and writing. Build a travel-sized sketchbook kit, experiment with new materials and techniques to develop a mobile creative habit. All while connecting with nature and fellow artists. You’ll be spending time outdoors and may even explore in the dark. Bring snacks, dress for the weather, and wear sensible shoes. Warm up afterward with hot drinks and a fire in the studio.
