Join Erica Spitzer Rasmussen this fall on a ten-day immersive journey to Venice, Italy, blending art-making, history, and culture. Designed for artists and art lovers alike, the trip features a rich blend of hands-on workshops and cultural exploration. A maximum of 16 art students will experience private bookmaking and collagraphy workshops at Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia. Other highlights include a guided tour of the Basilica di San Marco, museum entrances, tickets to a classical concert, a glass pendant-making workshop, and a three-day access pass to the international Venice Biennale. For travel companions not participating in art classes, special guided tours are arranged. No prior art-making experience is required—just curiosity and a love of creativity and learning. We hope you will join us for an unforgettable and distinctive art experience in the magical city of Venice.
This trip is sponsored by White Bear Center for the Arts. There is a limit of 16 students for the art workshops at Scuola Internazionale di Grafica di Venezia. Plus spouses or travel companions, the group will include a maximum of 23 participants.
