Restorative Dance

Join us as we learn basic dance moves, perform gentle stretches, and explore many styles of dance in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.  Although this class is primarily designed for anyone recovering from an illness or injury, or those managing a condition that affects balance and or range of motion (such as Parkinson’s or lymphedema), anyone who is interested in gaining the benefits that dance has to offer is welcome.
