Charcoal Still Life

Learn a traditional approach to observational drawing, a skill that translates into many different art forms. In this class we will begin with contour line drawing, gesture drawing, and cross contours. This will be followed by a study of light and value, developing shading skills. Finally we will learn strategies for developing textures and details. Build your technical skills to bring your creative ideas to life!
