Studies show people who exercise outdoors work harder, burn more calories, and even get a bigger mood boost. WBCA’s lush outdoor campus provides the perfect canvas for an introspective yoga practice in the great outdoors.
Led by Shaila Cunningham of YogaHotDish, this yoga class focuses on intentional movements that are safe and adaptable. Plan on being outdoors with temperatures between 60-80 degrees. In more extreme conditions, class will cancel or move indoors if space is available. See the schedule for make-up dates. Dress accordingly, bring water, sunscreen, and a yoga mat!
