Founded in 1968, White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) is a non-profit community art center serving people of all abilities and generations. WBCA offers art classes, showcases exhibitions from a diverse range of artists, and connects the community to art resources.

Kieu Pham Gray
Kieu Pham Gray has been creating jewelry for almost 20 years. She started from the need to “look the part” while working in retail management for Neiman Marcus. Making jewelry for herself and friends, Kieu’s jewelry line was created. Since then she has sold her designs to over 30 stores in 10 states and participated in numerous juried art shows. Today, Kieu teaches jewelry making at numerous venues across the US, teaching everything from beading to silversmithing.
Rajine Williams
Rajine Williams is a visual multimedia artist and filmmaker based in the Twin Cities. Her work centers around femininity, body, and identity of Black women. Her artwork is an amalgamation of what it means to be a proud Black woman. She calls her aesthetic ‘Afrocentric Eclectic’. She plays with different mediums and textures as she would with her hair. She’s a Minnesota native who graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in May of 2020 with a B.A. in Art. Rajine’s work encompasses drawing, painting, sculpture, and filmmaking.
Suzann Beck
Suzann Beck holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Moorhead State University (Moorhead MN) and studied portraiture with atelier-trained painter Judith Anthony (Plymouth, MN) and classical glazing technique portraiture with Jeffery Hurinenko (St. Paul, MN). Suzann serves as the Minnesota Ambassador for the Portrait Society of America, and teaches portrait painting and drawing classes in her Northeast Minneapolis studio and the Paramount Center for the Visual Arts (St. Cloud, MN).
