The class will start with discussion on composition and design, like how to edit out unwanted clutter and focusing on large shapes. Then, we transition our focus to the differences in brushes, papers, paints, and painting techniques. Spencer builds confidence by observing strengths and weaknesses in each piece and offering suggestions for improvement. Bring lunch, or go to nearby restaurants.
