T1W1 – Transfer Images, Mixed Media and Collage

To begin your mixed media painting, you’ll transfer printed images into wet acrylic materials or onto a collaged surface and end up with mixed media artwork loaded with color, texture, and patterns. Bring laser copies of your own photographs or drawings (or use the ones provided) and learn different ways to transfer those images onto your prepared surfaces. Learn to create acrylic skins and use them for collage elements as well as add texture with acrylic gels and molding pastes.
