Level 3 Ballet Barre

Instructor: Jan Chamberlin

Poise, balance, creativity, exercise, fun—all of these and more are part of a ballet barre class. Using the barre for support, we learn traditional ballet exercises and perform simple choreography that encourages expression through movement. New to ballet or returning, this class is ideal for anyone who wishes to dance!

Supply List:
Ballet slippers and any comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and allows the teacher to see your body, i.e. leggings and a fitted t-shirt,or leotard and tights. If you need to buy ballet slippers I recommend going to a local dance store to be fit for the slippers in person.
