Poise, balance, creativity, exercise, fun – all of these and more are part of a ballet barre class.  Using the barre for support we learn traditional ballet exercises and perform simple choreography that encourages expression through movement. New to ballet or returning, this class is ideal for anyone who wishes to dance!
