J6J4 – Warped Square Contemporary Geometric Beadwork

These little squares are used as a jewelry components or as the building blocks of sculptures. They are made of Japanese Delica glass beads and are strung using needle and thread with an off-loom technique called peyote stitch. The beads are small but the holes are large, so they string together easily. It’s a great place to start learning to create sculptural shapes out of seed beads.
