J2A1 – Wait, You Made That Out Of What? Cool!

Upcycling is the practice of taking something old, used, or broken and making it into something entirely new. During this course, we will not only learn basic wirework skills but we will also spark our imaginations as we create bracelets, necklaces, and earrings out of fun, non-traditional stuff. Participants will also be encouraged to bring a ‘challenge’ item from their own junk drawers or shoeboxes to share with the rest of the class. No previous jewelry-making experience is needed.
