H1S2 – Beginning Oil Painting Level 1

This class is perfect for the true beginner. Students learn about materials, color, brush strokes, layering, and other foundational skills of oil painting through process focused exercises. In addition, students learn from instructor demonstrations and are given space to explore and experiment in an encouraging and supportive environment. Everyone leaves class with several small practice paintings as well as knowledge and experience to continue exploring oil painting on your own.
