C1BH – Beginning Handbuilding with Helen Otterson 

Join us on your clay journey to explore the oldest form of making pottery: handbuilding. Learn basic techniques and hone your skills. Students will create projects using techniques such as pinch, slab, and coil construction.  This class is perfect for those without any previous experience with clay and those with experience throwing on the wheel and wish to try something new. Understand the ways of clay and learn about form and function by making bowls, vases and mugs.
