Marcie Renden – Artist Talk

Join author Marcie Rendon, White Earth Anishinabe, for this exciting artist talk. She will speak about her writing work, her arts activism and how all her work connects to and builds community. 

Marcie Rendon is an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation, author, playwright, poet, and freelance writer. Also a community arts activist, Rendon supports other Native artists/ writers/creators to pursue their art, and is a speaker for colleges and community groups on Native issues, leadership, and writing. Among her many accomplishments, Marcie is the recipient of the 2020 McKnight Distinguished Artist Award.
