Level 3 Ballet Barre

Poise, balance, creativity, exercise, fun — all of these and more are part of a ballet barre class. We learn traditional ballet technique and choreography that encourages expression through movement. New to ballet or returning, this class is ideal for anyone who wishes to dance! Through the Royal Academy of Dance, Jan is a licensed Silver Swan instructor with knowledge of and experience teaching ballet to the 55+ community.
