Karl’s Peanut Butter Balls

Muniz works with unconventional materials to produce imitative drawings and surreal photographs.

2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1/3 c. Honey
1 c. Instant nonfat dry milk

Blend peanut butter and honey first. Gradually stir in milk powder.  Shape into balls (about 2 1/2 doz.) and roll in wheat germ. Refrigerate.

“Simple and delicious,” says board member, Karl, who submitted this recipe for the Arts & Eats recipe book.
