White Bear Center for the Arts invites local, national, and international artists to be apart of this year’s competition! The exhibition accepts a variety of mediums including paintings, drawings, fiber, pottery, photography, and sculpture. A panel of judges are selected who are esteemed in their mediums and come from diverse cultural and artistic backgrounds
