Enjoy Barre classes with Jan from the comfort of your own home! Ballet dancers begin their day at the barre, and so should you! Using a barre (or chair, countertop, whatever you can find at home!) for support, we will learn traditional ballet exercises that will increase strength and endurance while also improving balance and coordination. Simple choreography will be taught so you will feel the joy of dancing and be encouraged to express yourself creatively through movement.
This class will be a hybrid of live meetings and pre-recorded lessons on Zoom. You will receive links to pre-recorded classes as they become available.
