Margaux will go to the fresh fish market and select seasonal fresh fish and seafood and show you how to make flavorful fish & seafood worthy of a dinner party or just a simple healthy weekday dinner. Great for hot weather cooking! Don’t eat before you come! Some items we will select will be: fresh seasonal fish fillets, octopus or squid, scallops or lobster, shrimp, and mussels.
