This class is for beginners or those who have learned the basics but would
like to review or refresh their knowledge and skills. The focus of this class
will be on learning the structure of the lower case italic alphabet using the
broad edge pen. Supply list: Paper – 14 x 17” (bleed proof) layout paper,
black calligraphy marker Pen – broad size, 18” T square, hb Pencil, eraser.

Biographical Note: Pat Barrett is the Membership Director for the
Colleagues of Calligraphy. As a member of the Colleagues, she has taken
workshops from national and international calligraphers for over 20 years.
Her main use of calligraphy is in making cards for friends and family.
